Our Financial Advisers
Our advisers are engaged by Shoreline Insurance & KiwiSaver and are authorised to give advice only on personal insurance (such as life, trauma, income protection, total & permanent disability, health insurance), and KiwiSaver. All advisers meet the competency requirements set by the FMA, including the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5).

Kiwisaver – Booster, Generate, koura, Milford
We do not provide advice on mortgages, lending, investments outside of KiwiSaver, or any other financial products
Fees and Commissions
When you take out a risk insurance policy or join/transfer a KiwiSaver scheme based on our advice, we may receive commissions from the product provider.
These commissions can include:
· Upfront commissions
· Ongoing servicing commissions
We do not typically charge clients fees for our advice. If a fee may apply, we will discuss this before proceeding.
Conflicts of Interest
To ensure that our financial advisers prioritise our clients’ interests above their own, we follow an advice process that ensures our recommendations are made on the basis of each client’s goals and circumstances. All our financial advisers undergo annual training about how to manage conflicts of interest. We maintain registers of conflicts of interests, and the gifts and incentives we receive. We monitor these registers and provide additional training where necessary.
